Open to select clinical-AI work

I work where the bedside meets the model.

Acute-care NP, 13+ years across UCLA, Cedars-Sinai, USC Keck, now UC Irvine Neurocritical Care. I build the clinical AI I wish existed — including a citation-audited LLM pipeline behind a procedure-training app for advanced-practice providers. Previously VP Product at Atlas Meditech with Dr. Aaron Cohen-Gadol. Founder, SkyCon Dynamics & DURA_COLLECTIVE™. So clinicians get home before dark.

Working NP in UC Irvine’s Division of Neurocritical Care. The current build: app.chadwycke.io (opens in new tab). Every PMID is verified against NCBI E‑utilities before a learner sees it; the audit caught two fabricated citations and a hallucinated guideline rule on its first pass (how →). WCAG 2.2 AA verified per-glyph against the real composited backdrop — not a flat-colour pair audit, which cannot see text over imagery. SvelteKit + Cloudflare Pages, RuVector HNSW search, Threlte 3D anatomy, Playwright against the live deploy. The brain doing all of this also rounds.

Neurocritical & surgical care

Acute-care NP across six academic medical centers, including UCLA, Cedars-Sinai and USC Keck — neurosurgical critical care, CT critical care, complex postoperative rescue. Currently at UC Irvine Neurocritical Care.

02

Clinical AI & LLMOps

I build, deploy, and audit clinician-facing LLM systems. The citation audit behind app.chadwycke.io (opens in new tab) checks every PMID live against NCBI before it reaches a learner — caught fabrications on its first pass. Case study →

Clinical education design

15 modules of WCAG 2.2 AA training content for APPs. Co-host of Atlas & Axis with Dr. Cohen-Gadol. Former Clinical Instructor at Keck School of Medicine of USC. Built subscription infrastructure for The Neurosurgical Atlas.

Two chairs, one operating field.

Atlas & Axis — co-hosted with Dr. Aaron Cohen-Gadol. Conversations on neurosurgery, AI, consciousness, and the future of medicine, from the people building all four.

    Neurocritical careLLMOpsClinical-ed design
    • Sole architect and builder of app.chadwycke.io — a procedure-training web app for advanced-practice providers, 15 modules live in production.
    • Authored an LLM citation-audit pipeline that verifies every PMID live against NCBI E-utilities; caught two fabricated citations and a hallucinated guideline rule on its first pass.
    • WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audit measuring each glyph against the backdrop actually rendered behind it — flat-colour pair math and axe both certify text over imagery they cannot resolve; locked into the palette PR as the regression baseline.
    • SME-in-the-loop authoring pipeline: Google OAuth → /api/intake → GitHub Issues → PR drafts via GitHub Actions.
    • Stack: SvelteKit + Cloudflare Pages + Tailwind v4, Threlte 3D anatomy, RuVector semantic search over a clinical reference corpus, Playwright against the live deploy; companion NeuroICU Rounding App on React Native / Expo.
